We are pleased to announce the availability of our 200W (P1 dB) Ku-Band GaAs IBUC R. At +53 dBm output power, this new model is a cost-effective, more linear alternative to the GaN units on the market. GaAs amplifiers are ideal for multiple carrier operations as they do not suffer the limitations of memory effect inherent in GaN devices.
As always, IBUC output power is guaranteed over temperature & frequency band through rigorous environmental chamber testing. The 200W IBUC R comes standard with full M&C including web interface. Options include full 1+1 redundancy, auto-sensing internal reference, and mounting accessories.
